Just splashed out on some custom made lights

I just ordered 2 new 300w (275w consumption) led units from vanqled in china

They are making them to my own spec`s

I asked for 4 x 72w chips in each unit they are using 45mil chips and a colour ratio of 5:1 red to blue I just kept it basic as I always run a bit of cfl

There going in a 1.2m x .8m tent so should give plenty of light also means I`m done with my 3 300w led units, yep I love to over kill on lights next step build aeropoinics so I can get the most out of my set up, but I`ll run at least one more grow with soil.

Price was not too bad I paid around £500 for both lights delivered, hopefully the build quality is a bit better then the normal china level but as long as they work I`m not too fussed.

Doesn't anyone in the UK make a decent LED light?

Yeah me but it`s cheaper for me to buy in from china then to make them myself lol

There`s plenty of people selling uk stock really depends on what your after mate and what your budget it.

I pretty much have 2 300w lights I can sell now that will grow you 6 to 10 nice plants I like to mix in a few cfl`s but hey that`s just me, I could lose both led lights now and finish under cfl`s as I need money to fly to spain next week

I also have a 200w induction lamp that I was going to use in my garden but that could be sold as my dad`s got an emergency in spain so family 1st plus while I`m there I might be able to pick up some seeds

Ok my light`s will be delivered in about 2 weeks the guy`s in the lab are building them now, lol I love that when you spend £500 you get daily updates on how it`s going so much better then some stoner from ebay selling you a 500w blackhouse that ends up being broken when it gets here, lol I can live chat to any of the support team anytime I want it`s dam crazy !!
