Damn son those look official
I'm dying to get started lol, yeah they look awesome. That's why I needed a break really. Not so much to rest, more like 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder!'

I'm sure most of the diy'ers would swap 1lb for these 1500w actual draw of osram cob. These are like the dark horse of leds for 1 reason, location. If Budmaster was actually based and made in the USA, Budmaster would probably be No.1 there too, like it is in the UK.

Hey @Fevs any updates? I wish I could afford those budmasters, came across them ages ago and they look the nuts. Maybe one day :D

Im sure you'll smash your 10oz per 2 weeks once you dial it all in!

Also for the sound issue I bought some sound deadening for my extraction pipes and it made my new rhino thermostatic almost silent.

I have no more extraction sound issues. Almost silent from low heat. Started the grow pretty well, but very early days...

damn that looks sick lol, toy porn man! have fun I bet they gonna pay for themselves :blsmoke:
They will do. Gone from 3500w to 1500w. I grow auto's 24-0, so they save me a constant 2kw/h saving!

Last year, my electric was around £3600. I'm expecting that to change to less than half. More like £1600.

Plus I can sleep in my room with 2 tents with hardly any sound.

My £70 per week bill is reduced to £28.

In usd - $90 a week to $37.

Hahahahaaha ditto.
but im going to more so yeat them in comparison all on this thread for ppl that dont wanna build one ill tey n give em the most cost effective solution in relation to price, par, ppfd on ur leccy bill I pay 18c per kwh ffs thats like just 15c ao once I find a winner ill keep testing as Budmaster claim 1% light deprecation yearly so ill have to buy a few meters to test peoperly thwy also offer a modular design....but aome of the acrews have a ring around it on the inaide so id to literally drill around the lense n cut the nail out but was grand OD me new lenses to replace em. Lovwly clean wiring inside (if u haven't opened it yet) I will be opening the cx-16 to see how well shes assembled n see if they all give off the same heat from the vobs.itll void my warranty but I wanna do a propper journal

Running on half power. Thought I'd post a few pics for you all to see if my investment was a slap in the face or not! It's always nice to see somebody's investment work out, but also nice sometimes to see somebody fail! It keeps it fresh!

I'll post some pics every 10-14 days

Pineapple Express day 10 Cobx-6

Cobx-2

Dinafem Moby Dick XXL on day 4. This is just a bit of fun. I'm going for a personal best gram per watt in here. 100w used, 2 plants, 1 in an 18 litre pot, 1 in a 25, so both pots are about 5 or 6 gallons. I should easily hit 1 gram per watt, but keen to see their potential under just 100w. After all, it is all about 'enough' coverage with cobs! These 2 little seedlings are on day 4.
