I just transplanted these clones to fox farm ocean soil two days ago. they looked good until last night the leaves were curled. i'm a newbie, so i watered the plants. i ph test with the dyes and got it to 6.5. the thing is i don't know how much to water. i put eight clones in eight five gallon pots, (they call them eight gallon pots but i think they are really 3.5 gallons,) and when i water i water them with 3 gallons of water, until i see water start to develop in the trays underneath. is this the right amount?
also, the new growth is comming out yellowy-green. is this normal. the older leaves look great. should the new growth be coming out just as green.
My setup is an indoor 4x4x6 plywood room that's insulated with reflective paper. i have a 6" glass covered hood with a 600w hps. i have a 4" 160cfm blower going through the light to cool it. i have a 8000 btu window air unit bringing cold air in. also a pretty sick 8" fan for air circulation. the light sits almost two feet above the plants, i don't know if it's too close for these little clones. the light isn't too hot because it's cooled with the blower.
the thing is my original plan is i have a closet veg room set up with a 4' t-5 light. with four lights. this would take care of me needing a cooler, blue light perfect for vegging. but i have house guests coming for three days. after that they'll for sure be in the closet veg room. any help with my watering, light burning problem would be a lot of help. thank you for reading my post, desperate, and in need!
