I just transplanted her today, she is about a month old and 17" tall. I am debating whether or not to top her...what do you think? and how exactly do I do this? (it is frightening to imagine cutting her :(, but I want more colas :) )

How is she looking? Any suggestions?:leaf:

i would top her...i can relate to your anxiety about cutting your plant as i recently took clones from a mother plant for the first time but my plant did seem to suffer any ill effects at all. have you considered fiming? what are your space restrictions?

A better idea would be to tie the main stem down and let all those nodes grow up. Just make sure you dont bend the stem too much and break it.

So I would just take the whole stem, bend it, and tie it lower and it will allow my plant to produce more buds??

Yep thats all you have to do. Make sure your plant is in as much direct sunlight as possible too, it looks a little streached.

Yea, unfortunately she doesn't get as much as I'd like :( But right now I haven't got anything going indoors and don't have the space out...it's my first time, so my hopes are not set high...I'm just using it as a learning experience till I can set something better up.
