so i have some cfls that are i think the right spectrum for flowering but they are small ones would it hurt my ladies to put them in my veg area

nope... a mixed light spectrum might even be better, from what I've read.

the more CFL's the better....you can never have too many....try to utilize them as side lighting, which really helps
