Sweet. i wish I only had a small fmily like yours. Damn teenagers eat me outta house and home.Really? I work for 2 cats and some plants... Go figure...
they terrorize our medical and welfare programs. they terrorize my children and family when I go into a corner store and try to purchase something by trying to sell us drugs all the time. My quality of life is lowered because I have to deal with these rats. I have to look at them on every street corner. 97% of the outstanding warrants for murder in LA county are for these scum of the earth. They do nothing but commit crimes starting with their first crime of illegally entering my country. Thank god for outstanding agents like the one that shot and killed that terrorist rat that was in our country illegally
Depending on where ya live, that's texas, might as well have been a soldier killing a jew in nazi germany, they consider them lesser people also demonstrated by certain people on this forum as well... Btw I'm pro-gun, i just think people should use a little more common sense with them, It's not my belief that every kid deserves to get shot for throwing a rock at someone and I'm also not one for racismI'm sorry but I was attached to a recon battallion and never in my 8 years of military training did I ever train to do anything other than shoot to kill. I can't speak for the army but warning shots definitely aren't taught to police which is essentially what a BP agent is, not a special forces soldier. Ask any cop and they'll tell you that you never use a firearm for anything other than deadly force. Cops aren't supposed to shoot to wound, they are trained to shoot to kill..........period!
You're good at putting words in people's mouths. I never said it was preferable to shoot this kid in the chest. In fact if you read my first post in the thread you'll see that I lean towards disagreeing with the shooting. I wasn't there and the video isn't very revealing so I can't say for sure but either way it's incredibly tragic.
You might be surprised how often these BP agents are killed themselves! They deal with drug mules and human traffickers. The drug mules are only slightly more dangerous than the human traffickers. BP agents probably use lethal force more than any other federal law enforcement agents. Perhaps they shouldn't NEED to kill someone but their jobs are surprisingly dangerous so it's no wonder that they are trigger happy. It's almost never a fair fight when a citizen goes up against law enforcement. Even the north hollywood shootout guys were way better armed and equipped than the LAPD and they both bought the farm. Even a 15 year old kid should know better than to be throwing rocks at guys carrying guns. Even though the kid was throwing rocks I still think it might have been a bit much to shoot him. Cops don't shoot to wound, they shoot to kill. That's not to say that an Individual cop might decide to shoot to wound or even fire a warning shot, but they aren't taught that shit in the academy and for good reason. Firing bullets into the air is extremely dangerous and puts a lot of innocent people at risk. Even firing into the ground can cause a bullet to ricochet. You can't control where a ricochet is going to end up. Anybody who thinks about this for more than 10 seconds will quickly see why you don't fire warning shots.Depending on where ya live, that's texas, might as well have been a soldier killing a jew in nazi germany, they consider them lesser people also demonstrated by certain people on this forum as well... And one more difference is that your talking about in the military your never trained to wound, well a border guard probably should be, honestly how often is a border guard actually gonna NEED to kill someone?
US military soldier with ar15, bullet proof vest and helmet vs. mexican teenager armed with a rock isn't a fair fight in anyway, the kid had no way of actually injuring him and the kid was shot while running, so that becomes revenge at that point not protection or self defense, and thats going a little too far.
Of course BP agents are supposed to be professional. Give a guy a badge and a gun and watch out! Power is a funny thing. This is the main reason why I could never be a cop. I'm pretty laid back but catch me on the wrong day.........that's the problem with cops. They are human. Humans are incredibly fallible and prone to mood swings. I'm not defending the shooting because I think it was probably unnecessary and tragic. But one must look at what a cop is and what they deal with on a day to day basis. Most people either fear or just plain don't like them. They see the worst that humanity has to offer, and they see it almost every day. It can play on the mind. Cops undergo a battery of psychological testing before being hired. Seldom do they get any other psychological evaluations after they are hired unless there is a problem. I think they should be evaluated at least every year and maybe even every 6 months. Most of them are fine when they are hired it's not until they've been at it for a while that they start to have issues. Why aren't we addressing this?Border patrol people are supposed to professional and there is something very unprofessional this. The video is confusing, but it seems to me like he just lost it and went across the fence to shoot the kid throwing the rocks. And it doesn't at all seem like he's doing any of it out of fear for his life, really...he just seems pissed.
And the way that this discussion has regressed makes it pretty clear that for most of you this isn't about whether there is anything wrong with this shooting in particular but about whether or not you like hispanic migrants...
we just dont like ILLEGAL immingrants.. i come from a family of immingrants..mine came from italy..they HAD to learn english, and DID everything the legal way..fuck these border hoppers. i say shoot em all.And the way that this discussion has regressed makes it pretty clear that for most of you this isn't about whether there is anything wrong with this shooting in particular but about whether or not you like hispanic migrants...
'cause we don't have an air force.it WILL be funny when the cartells figure out how to use snipers as overwatch for their border crossings.
this planet wasn't born with people on it. the dinosaurs owned it first. then what? indians fell out of space and landed in indiana? or did they just pop up outta the ground? So nobody lived here first, interesting. I find that hard to believe. My point is who are we to say who can live here, as long as you are here to work and make a better life. Isnt that what america was founded on??
Frankly I don't have much against drug dealers or gangs, hell how are they any worse than the government or military, the military kills people, steals oil from Iraq, at least the drug dealers work for their own stuff and mind their own business if ya don't screw with them. The US governments just the biggest gang and instead of making money from selling things that are illegal, they just steal from everyone equally and murder people in a way so it's not as easy to notice. You might be surprised how often these BP agents are killed themselves!
