Juuust started but something seems wrong

Hello, I've been occupied with growing for the first time.
My baby is 65 days old but allredy with lots of issues.

I'm a little worried because i grow it for 65 days .. and still nothing but problems

I cultivate it outdoor in regular soil.
I still haven't dung it or cut it.
And this white dots on the leaves still worried me.
Could you tell me when it will be ready?

Please tell me what to do I am just a beginer

What should i do now?

Should I put something in the soil or cut it somewhere for stimulating the grow.
Why is that small for this 65 days.
I still watching other plants in here which are 1-2 weeks old and 2131 bigger then mine
