Alright so I am going to attempt the perpetual mother/clone grow for the first time
My goal is to get a mother of the two kinds I have planted now, and whatever else in the future, add predatory mites and keep those alive so when I cut the clones they will come fully equipped with predatory mites ready to rock and roll. I will be keeping only 1 mother of each kind and the rest will be flowered and males will be donated to someone else (you know who you are) or destroyed.
I have started off with some BlueBerry seeds, and some Grand Daddy Purple x BubbleGum seeds we will name later (suggestions welcome  Grand Daddy Gums?). I got 10 seeds, 5 of each kind, and germinated them in tap water for 12 to 18 hours, once I could touch them and they sunk (some did sink immediately, so they were submerged for the entire time). Then I put them all into paper towels, wet them and placed in ziplocks in a dark place. Once I saw a tap root come out, I plopped them into some HappyFrog soil and soaked the soil with light nutes as suggested on the bottle (~5ml per gallon of Botanicare ProGrow). Couple days later they popped up, ready to rock and roll under a few CFLs.
I had to be gone a few days, but when I returned they were all sprouted and seemed to be lively. Heres what they look like today 9 days after putting in the soil.
