I think it's fair to disqualify him since this is a JOB INTERVIEW.

it's fair to say he's a sociopath at this point, along with serial rapist who's applying for a lifetime appointment.

I think it's fair to disqualify him since this is a JOB INTERVIEW.

i think it's fair to say there are too many corroborated negative stories regarding the applicant that would bring shame upon SCOTUS.

I think it's fair to disqualify him since this is a JOB INTERVIEW.

concerned citizens are coming forward to expose this job applicant for the person he really is inside- the VERY reason why we hold confirmation hearings..this is a person who would affect our country's law for generations to come.

I think it's fair to disqualify him since this is a JOB INTERVIEW.

this is NOT about guilt or innocence..it's about his CHARACTER..which is ZERO CRED.
It is interesting how innocent until proven guilty applies to many areas of labor law, but not the hiring process where guilty until proven innocent seems more the norm, such as drug testing. Repubs would be wise to slow down the process and investigate further or bring in a new nominee. But looks like they will try to jam Kavanaugh thru just because they can. Short sighted, but then again there isn't much to investigate when the year and place of the alleged crime are not specified.

When all of this first broke, especially the way it broke, there was (and I was on) the due process/innocent until proven guilty bandwagon.

But more and more people are coming forward, men and women both, with information that Kavanaugh is not anywhere near the man he claims to be.

The weight of evidence against him has passed the point of any doubt.

He should withdraw if he had any character at all, but he doesn't.

What's worse is that Trump not only stands behind him still, but is actively defending him in the most revolting way imaginable.

But what did we really expect from the grab them by the pussy president and his neanderthal followers?

Jam it through??? There's been months of meetings and a whole nomination proceeding. Why wasn't any of this information brought up then, when it was appropriate?

Michelle Obama was a better gardener than Ivanka.

You're not really gonna insinuate that the dems held onto this information for months to save it as a last ditch effort to stop the inevitable? They are clearly the most transparent sect of govt we have.

I thought all you Russian sympathizers threw up memes with your post, because critical thinking is to hard?

The information was brought up at the appropriate moment.
I suppose you could say that if your objective was to delay the nomination until after November. In that case, you're right, it was brought up at the appropriate time.
