Keeping it green in the northwest

So, I was going to put this in the newb section. But I don't really consider myself a newb. I've done my research, and this is the start of my 3rd and 4th grow (second grow was a 20oz harvest). Not saying I'm the shit by any means, just that I've grown a few plants and everybody likes the smoke. the newest thing about this grow, is that I'm trying to go organic.

I didn't put this in the journal section because it's not going to be super critical. If you've got some frosty bud porn post it up. If you're in Washington even better. Maybe you're an organic guru and you can show me the way. DISCLAIMER = I'm not anti synthetic. That's how I rolled and still won't rule it out.

It's basically just a peek into my small medical garden that's open to discussion.

So a quick run through the strains.

The clones are from collectives in my area. I can't guarantee the genetics, but these are the claims.

Whitaker Blues = DJ Short

Lavender = Soma Seeds

White Fire = OG Raskal

Chemmy Jones = Connoisseur Genetics

Alien Dawg = Unknown to me. I bought it at Fremont Gardens the day of the cannabis cup but didn't ask.

Like I said, this is what I was told they were.

I've already started germinating my next round. I've been collecting new beans and I'm ready to pop my cherry.

This is what I've germed so far. 100% by the way.

1 Powernap (fem) = Sin City Seeds

2 Sour Strawberry = Bog Seeds

2 The Flav = TGA Seeds

3 Cheese Quake = TGA seeds

and they were a little late to the party, but I had to germ some.

2 Berry White Bx = LemonHoko

2 Dog Poo F2 = LemonHoko (awesome guy and outstanding local gear)

So far, they're all under a 4' 8 lamp T5. It's hanging from a custom stand I built ( 2x2's/plywood and 3 coats of kills).

The clones are in 1g. "Smart pots".

Seedlings in Seahawks solo cups.

The last 4 beans are just about to push out of their rooters.

Sorry about not having pics yet,but my iPad keeps uploading them upside down. I'll sort it out tomorrow.

I couldn't edit the old pics for some reason so I took some new ones.

First pic is the clones.

Front, left to right.

Chemmy Jones - she was pretty unhappy when I brought her home. But the new growth is starting to look good.

Lavender - kind of a slow veger so far, but she's adjusting well.

White Fire - doing good and taking to the super cropping well

Back Row

Alien Dawg - can't really see her but she's doing well

Whitaker Blues - also can't see her but she's probably the biggest of the bunch

Second pic is a lil canopy shot.

Third is is a pic of a lavender leaf. The picture doesn't really translate but the undersides have deep purple hues.

Fourth is a pic of the seedlings. A few of the leaves got burnt. Not too worried cause they look fine. Roots are already hitting the bottom of the cups on the bigger ones. I was still treating the clones for a third time (never too safe) and I decided to hit the seedlings. They started getting along faster then expected and I didn't want anything to transfer from the clones.

Fifth and sixth pics are just an overall shot, and then how it looks when I leave (other than I switch on the other half of the light and turn the fan on).

;) Sounds good except for the Seahawks cups. Do you have problems growing so many strains at once?
My first grow was four strains. This is only my third grow but going organic it's just a matter of enough or too much hot soil. If not enough I figure top dress or make a tea. If too much, better luck next time.

I guess we'll see.

Well I meant to say my first grow in progress aha. Its a vigorous plant i burned the shit out of it and it kept on trucking and doesnt seem to have any real issues.

I also burnt my plants the first run. It's inevitable and a good learning experience. Are you still vegging, or have you switched her?

They all look fantastic.

How are the purple Buddha and the cheesy dick? What are the genes if you know.

and I posted in your thread about the autos. I've never really looked through that part of the forum, but of all the auto pics I've seen, yours are the best. They look like a real plant and not some tiny scraggly thing.

I live in Washington, it's cold here.

With my rooms extraction fan set as low as it will go, and my oscillating fan on its lowest setting. It's still only about 66F around my canopy.

Sooooooo. I hooked up my 600.

I still need to tarp the floor and hang up my reflective stuff again. I had my whole room set up and then had to tear it all down for an appraisal. It's a quick weekend project.

Anyways, a quick shot before the re vamp.

Yeah, they're everywhere over here. Some are better than others. I'm not super big into concentrates, but they are everywhere you look here. Dabbing seem to be taking over.
