Keeping them warm in winter

thanks guys. And if you can find one with a plastic lid you can drill some holes in it and have even more control over humidity.

Yes i am mate.bit bloody cold eh.What im going to do now in cut a 5" hole in my ceiling into the walk in wardrobe ans run the lights 8pm till 8am.that way the lights keep the plants warm at night and the house heating can heat them during the day.(cheaper lecky bill too)

cool.. wot u growing at the moment? i got super lemon haze going and they looking ok but the cold has defo got 2 them, ive sorted the room now wiv a oil filed heater and its working ok.. dont no about the lights being on at nite the helicopter will pick up the heat off the lamps.. but the 5" hole in the ceiling into the wardrobe sounds good, use it as a lung room, in the summer get a aircon unit in there 2 pump in cold air vise versa

I try to have my lights on during the coldest times,and lights off at the warmest part of the day

Im growing purple haze all from one mother plant.(Bonsai),be going into flower next week.(yeha)
it all got a bit hot last summer during the day and stressed them out.(starting Hermying on me) so learning from mistakes atm..only been doing it for 3 months.
One big learning curve really eh..

they all good learning curves thou and u will get it rite. try a good size ex fan 2 pump the hot air out and a inlet to bring new air in..if u can get that wardrobe up and running that will b a good thing for the summer and winter months..
how long u had them growng for?? cos i only let clones veg for a few weeks (maybe less) after ive topped them till they get a good size, then they go onto 12/12..
going to try a scrog next, been doing loads of reserch on it and they say if its done rite then u can get a much better harvest.. but who nos till u try?
