Thanks. wife is on her way out to my work so we can review and sign the offer together. OMG im seriously nervous and excited. I had to take an ativan yesterday I was so wound up... Seriously!

we love the house and long term will modernize it a bit and make it ours. It has good bones though and that is what is important!

No problem. I was not expecting you to hurry :)

Take your time buying a house.

Things you don't want:

  • A house built during GW Bush era (Chinese drywall)

Cheers,
Mo
I'm sorry but coming from a family with professional commercial contracting experience and union drywall experience that is the stupidest thing I have ever read!
Not to mention politically retarded

You are welcome to live in any Bush era house you want. I never will.

And I agree - Bush Jr was politicistically retardicated!

His Mom and Dad are amazing though.

I have two used h350s and a h150 I might get rid of. With the big grow here I just will not need them. What you think Mo? Should I let them go?

Day 1 of Flower - Didn't have all the side lights up yet, unfortunately, still have two to hang. Have unsuccessfully tried to figure out the best way to hang these without being too in the way and easily adjustable.

7/16: Day 15 of Flower - just fed a tea and clipped the stakes to lower the light further. 4 of 6 side lights hung, back left needs one ASAP. They're drinking really quickly it seems. I would like it if these had another 6 inches of canopy coverage. Good internodal spacing on a bunch of the top branches, but some stretching due to distance from light on other limbs. Mostly due to getting a few plants 10 days after the first batch, so they were shorter and further from the light than the other 5-6.
