Fuck ket, straight up. Heaps of K-Heads always down at the Dubstep gigs and they just disgrace themselves... falling over themselves, slamming in to you spilling your pint and dribbling all over their white crusty polo tshirts... not a good look. Never done it myself and from what I've heard/read doesn't appeal to me in the slightest so doubt I ever will.. the K-Hole can be a fucking hideous place.

Don't mean to be Mr. Smarty-pants, but the Ketamine you'll find as a recreational drug is actually a medical sedative, not used on horses.
It's known as a dissociative narcotic that's used for people with a large deal of pain, but when they need to move, and such.
The K-Hole people experience sometimes is when you over-dose (not lethally, but simply take more than you're looking for) and it'll paralyse your body, giving you a sort of "how you would feel if you died" kinda thing.
Many of my patients (friends on whom I'll inform myself and "practice") have said it gave them the impression that the were dying the hole time they were in a K-Hole. Scared the living poop outta them.
