Killer Skunk trichomes....

Hi guys,
I'm just wondering if anyone here has grown killer skunk and knows what the optimal mix of trichs is? I ask because ive been flowering for 9 and a half weeks and there are barely any amber trichs, just about 80% milky, 18% see through and maybe 2% amber(ish)... I do want a few amber as i enjoy a slight stoned feeling but if the strain is supposed to be harvested with few amber trichs then i dont have a problem doing it now. I want to harvest at optimal potency and i dont know if thats now or if my plants just a bit behind and i need to wait a bit longer?

perhaps it's just my age here............ always used the term Skunk weed= Crappy weed which smells like a skunk...
or Weed (non strain spec ) that was decent yet smelled like a skunk.

dont you hate it when you post a question wanting some good clear concise info and you get the above posts....dont worry,help is here.i got a mate on his 4th KS,blues and psychoblues on and he harvests at the 9week mark.dont wait,chop chop!

I had a guy say my plant smelled like a skunk but it is GDP so.... I like to have at least 10% ambers but if want to harvest it now, I think you will be fine.

I would rather have it a little over done than under done, so I will wait no matter how long.
