whats up, this is my second grow the first one shouldn’t even count I tried using CFLs & it didn’t work lol. I saved up enough money to get a 600w led grow light & a tent finally. I don’t have extra $ for a inline fan or small air conditioner etc so my tent sits at 82 degrees Fahrenheit with 2 6 inch desk fans (one pulling in & one pulling out). No fresh air so I know I’ll need a C02 bag. I just need help with cooling down tent 5 degrees Fahrenheit. If anyone has ideas or has this same set up help me tf out lol. I plan on growing 2 personal plants.

82 is fine. Especially with LED. CO2 is a waste unless it’s in a sealed area.

I think you'll be fine, especially since it's LED. I'm on my third grow, about to harvest for the second time (second grow was a failed autoflower attempt), my temps drifted between high 70s to low 80s, 83 max and they're doing great. I would say as long as it doesn't get to 86-90s then you'd be fine

Mine hit temps over 90 and averaged 87 with lights on, using led temps can get hotter with the plants not caring so much. Totally fine, you'll want to setup a filter when you flower though, smell is more intense than the CFL for sure and it helps keep humidity down.

The tent is in a closet. I bootlegged a box fan to a duct so it doesn’t get to 91 degrees anymore. So would I need a C02 bag or not? The box fan is sitting in my bedroom & I open my door to cool down the tent when it’s blowing air in to get it to 77 degrees with the light off.

Id be worried about humidity with that little air exchange and no dehumidifier.
The RH doesn’t exceed 70 it’s at about 60 right now it only got to 90 once when I had forgot to turn it down. I can get the RH all the way down to 45 I have no issues... YET.

 that is some Jerry rigging right there, lol. And hey, it's only dumb if it doesn't work. I would probably switch out the tape for some zip ties if it was me, or maybe strips of Velcro just to make sure it doesn't fall off.
Never underestimate a stoner's ingenuity.
Thanks for the zip tie idea I may try it, but you got any other tips based on what I left? Btw I’m using ocean forest I’m on week one they literally just sprouted yesterday I had to dig one up then it sprouted right away so no damage. This shit is mad confusing even when or if I even need nutes (I know not right now, but later down the road).

One seedling sprouted side ways & hasn’t went up, I planted them tap root down the first plant is up and looks beautiful. Any idea why it’s doing that??

It'll prolly straighten up in a few days, mine also all three tipped over like a week in, I just let em do their thing and a few days later they started standing back up and beefing up their main stems.

I would have to agree with Hotrod though, if it's not a sealed environment I wouldn't add co2. Most of the time the co2 we breathe out is enough for them

I had a MAJOR booboo happen I am pissed. The damn temperature/RH meter fell on my got damn baby. I almost freaking up rooted the thing trying to get it to stand up and it had fell over but did not break all the way in half. I need help once again smh. Did I do the right thing?

Yikes! I know that must've felt terrible. However I've heard that you can break a branch of a cannabis plant, tape it back together, and the plant will mend itself back together.

I think you did the right thing there. Looks like you used a twist tie to brace it which will reduce the stress that the bend was causing. How did this method work out for you? Any more pics? Been some time now, it looks like. How have the babies been?
