Red, black people is a ethnic group I'm unfamiliar with. However, if they're US citizens, they should have no trouble obtaining ID. Everybody I know has ID, but then again there are no red, black people in the neighborhood. Mostly blacks, a few whites, a couple Latinos. What exactly is the background of these red, black people?
