well im sorry to tell you there really isnt anywhere stoner friendly down there its all built up, you need to be in the middle of nowhere and high desert is a way central location for socal.
 
and also a good place to camp as well. lots of space no one to bother you and weathers not bad at all. Plenty of activities for everyone out there as well. I cant think of a safer place for us.
