Koolbloom dry and liquid

I am 4 1/2 weeks into flower. I have been using liquid koolbloom. I have dry koolbloom but the chart I have doesn't call for it. I have read last 3 weeks of flower you want to change to dry koolbloom for 'ripening'. Does anyone have any insight on this? GH seems to change there chart every year. Last year they called for Diamond Nectar, this year they don't. And don't mention to use dry koolbloom..?

For Expert Recirculating it is in week 11- 0.5 tsp
