so...how do you know its a Kush if you found it? hmm
anywho, put the lights closer. like coho said, its stretching

It was outdoor so how do I keep it from streching?

if its inside now get the light as close as you can without burn. If still outside nothing you can do except full sun location. Topping will bush it out.
