Kushh Kidd little infestation problem

Hey wuts up guys im having a little bit of marijuana problems, i have some flies, and little worms, whats the safest bet to get rid of them, and my plant is 4 weeks and 2 days any suggestions on how to make it budd good for the flowering stage... thanks

Sounds like root knats. go get some swimming pool filter SAND. Spread it on top of ur soil at least 1" deep. When the little bastards try to dig thru it, they will get cut to death by the jagged edges of each grain of sand. U can also put up a no pest strip but dont let it touch plants. As far as getting big buds... I use Foxfarm budding nutes at half their recomended strength. Good luck!
