Kyle kushman super cropping.. How is it done?

Has anyone ever heard of his technique im not quite sure how he truly does it but I heard instead of push snap squish noise with the stem bending 90 degree angle but instead its a 2 twist going opposite directions from each other with a snap squisshhhh noise. I was just curious on it, so any info would help!

It's pretty simple method. I use this technique when plants are going to be growing 3-4ft in height. From what I'm know, super cropping helps to strengthen the individual colas stem to help the weight of buds. Kyle also mentions something about stimulating hormone or some sort of chemical within the plant if I remember correctly.

When I squish I can't hear it, but then I use pliers. No twisting just 'Squish and Push' done.

try leaving two lower branches that u would normally trim. snap stems on one. then notice the difference in flower
