La Blanca nearly done?

I am getting ready to go to Florida for Christmas...The La Blanca looks to me like it is getting ready, all trichomes are cloudy, but haven't started to turn. Thus far (4 grows oe so) I haven't been very patient in letting a plant go to really being ready. Once I see 75% or so cloudy I have been chopping. I was really hoping to see this one "finish".
My question is this: What kind of time frame is cloudy to amber? I am leaving here on Christmas Eve and will be gone 6 or 7 days. I will feed "the girls" the day I leave and have a friend that will water probably just once. Does the plant look like it could go 3 more weeks? All of my other plants won't be ready until a couple of weeks after I return.
The La Blanca is advertized as a quick finisher (but thus far every strain has taken longer than advertized) and is already a week older than Kannabia said it would be. On the other hand it is finishing faster than any other strain I have tried to grow.

It is a white strain, so I have heard it is best to put in the dark for a few days will that help them change from cloudy to amber?
