this was a smoke out from a dealer at a festival. He confirmed it was laced after i found him later that night. I wasn't upset or anything, I just was curious

Back in the day, Thai stick was supposed to be dipped in opium. Doubt it was in the states usually, but I'm sure the myth came from somewhere. Also, we had Amp weed. Supposedly, this shit was dipped in formaldehyde of all things. PCP was always one. Didn't you peeps ever see Friday? That's what Chris Tucker's character freaks out on. We always laced joints with coke, even though I thought it was a waste of powder.

So I make a thread about this being an urban myth and I get a bunch of responses about high school, back in the day, or from that one time at band camp. I'm even more convinced at this point it's an urban myth.
What the hell do you want? I didn't dip any of the shit myself, so how doi I know for sure. I did lace it with coke. That's not a myth. Sherm ain't a myth. WTF?

I smoked some weed once that made me halucinate like a motherfucker. Not sure if the weed was laced or the guy that rolled the joint did it but it was crazy. Different than lsd but more intense. Next morning half of my face looked like it had a bad sunburn the other half looked normal. Alergic reaction? Weird shit.

I wanted a real logical explanation of why this would happen because it doesn't make sense on first glance. Lacing your own weed makes sense if that's what you want to do, and i'm not talking about that. I'm talking about buying weed from a dealer and having it laced by him without your knowledge.

Yeah, after reading your OP and Scurvy's comment, I understand that you're saying they didn't pay for anything extra but got it. I don't see that happening, either. Unless it's something highly addictive that's gonna make customers have to come back. Green crack.

I used to have a buddy that i bought weed off of and every once in a wile there would be a "special" lil square peice of paper in it that kinda looked like a lil window pane. lol
He never told me when he did it so it was always a suprise, Man i miss those days lol

there's a guy round where I grew up who still sells PCP laced weed.
i know another kid who pours water on the buds to weigh them down. he'll pour half a cup of water into each oz n a half... wait a few hours... then sell the weed... you'll get a tiny nug that weighs a gram..... b/c it's wet....

Well naturally it's pretty hard to tell if it's laced weed or ust a killer strain, it could be it's laced with god awful chemicals that do effect you but are a few quid a kilo etc. I've only ever once had weed that made me wonder what the hell i was smoking, a whole ground of us were out in the fields and shared a small joint between us, next thing you know noone can do anything but keep moving, just fecking running around the field, jumping up and down, not through a feeling of elation etc, just the feeling that there was so much energy you had to keep moving.
Other than that i've bought weed plenty of times laced although we'd ust say sprayed, same thing though.

There it is again. It's certainly not a myth because you've heard something from your second cousins friends wife that once got it from someone.
A half cup is 4 ounces. No way he pours 4 ounces of water in with 1 ounce of bud. Also, how the hell would you stay in business if you were hydrating your weed like that? Talk about killing a goose.
EDIT: And what's his reason for selling pcp laced weed? And do his customers know it's laced? If they know it isn't really lacing.

I mean intentionally laced with another drug. Not cheap chemicals that could be there for a variety of reasons. Intentionally, and secretly laced with a harsher drug.

Maybe i've got it wrong, but when something i laced, it means it has something else added to it, the use of the word is not dependent on the additive being psychoactive or that the smoke is enhanced etc.
