Land of the most LEGAL opportunity?

I have been toying with the idea of moving somewhere where the laws for Co-Op growing are favorable. I really enjoy growing and have become quite proficient at it. I am wondering if people could recommend the best place to move to start a LEGAL growing operation..

Looking for a new / up-and-coming state/area.. Im sure Cali is played out and swamped with growers etc...

Where would be the best place to move now to have a shot at developing relationships to make enough cash to support myself?

I understand Seattle just changed their law to support Co-Op collectives? NY/MA/NH supposed to pass laws soon?

Where is the next gold rush area?

New Mexico or Colorado. New Mexico is all about the Indians so that's who you'd network with and it wouldn't be difficult to go from tribe to tribe. Man I wish the whole world was set up like that. Not much of a legal scene in New Mexico though from what I noticed. I live in Colorado right now, and it's prime. I've heard something about dispensaries getting shut down because there's too many. But I haven't been here long and don't know anything about here. So it may be hard to become a dispensary, but the co-op part would definitely work because the patient number is booming here right now. Also, I recently moved here and have ideas all over the world, and would definitely be down to be part of a co-op here for now and possibly in the future.
