Landlord in Grow room

Like the title says...my Landlord told me that he visited my grow.

He said that my plants were crowded and I should get more light.
So I've just ordered another 600W and a 400W. My rent includes electricity, so for all the extra power I'm going to use, I mow the lawns and take care of the gardens.


Do I have a great landlord or what?

Hahaha sounds like you got a sick landlord like me! Except it's the opposite I'm helping him with his garden! I assume he knew you were growing from the start?

Lucky you, I wonder if my landlord actually exists at all. Havent seen him since the day I moved in. Always an element of - will he one day just show up out the blue!

i see mine everyweek my dog wont let him in he backyard but he snoops around front "spraying for weeds" .. im paranoid.. lol good thing he has no reas ever to need to see in my detached garage. than doesnt have a window in the door. other than being a micromanager hes cool tho ad lets me do what i want besides grow, and rent is cheeeep.

Id be scared. What if he decides to rat you out cause of something stupid.

Its like your mom finding out ur a drug dealer but instead of being mad she's all smiling and saying its cool. Heeell naw. Are maybe I'm just parinoid.

Make sure to keep up with your rent and general up keep of the place. Ratting you out would be a much easier solution than trying to evict you.

My roommate called me one day to say the landlord called him and said he'd be over at the house in 10 mins with the ac guy to clean the coils and some other shit. We were both at work at least 30 mins away and a I had my entire stash out, some bongs, some hash oil, and my oil rig. And across the room from where that was, were 6 querkles in full flower and several clones. I didn't have either door closed and the ac is in a corner between both rooms.

Never said a word about anything, other than praising us for being the best tenants he has ever had lmao.

Actually he's been a good friend for more than a few years, and he's known that I smoke for ages. And it turns out, he's known about the grow for some time now.

And yes, I trust him implicitly.

Everything is included in the (house) rent, so taking over the property up-keep is a breeze, now where's my chain-saw? There's a pine tree that's comming down.

Can't wait for my new gear to arrive. I'll have 2 600w and a 400w so I can run them with a mixed spectrum. Veg 1200W MH and 400W HPS, Flower 1200W HPS and 400W MH.

If I was a landlord I would love my tenants to be growers, I would blackmail a cheeky bag of weed, or clone here and there, hehe.

Good for you man your lucky he's cool like that. Personally even in a medical state I'd still treat my grow like it's in Philly and that means no one
