Large scale grow question about lights

This is my first post!

Although I'm new to rollitup.org, I'm not new to growing. I need some help with my lighting questions and I couldn't find another forum category better than this.

I'm going to rent a warehouse (roughly 2,000 sq feet) and I own a cooperative in San Diego. Registered.

Everything in the warehouse for growing will be redone, complete grow area will be remade with wood (a house inside of a house) and a custom breaker box.

I'm creating 3 different rooms for seperate stages of flowering (so I can drop consistently) and I'll be using 12 thousand watt (Hydrofarm 1000 watt HPS) lights between 3 rooms, 1 standing A.C unit at 15,000 BTU for each room, and all my other electrical devices and fans.

Without getting too deep into it, how much power would be cranking out of here every month and is it enough to cause suspicion to a power company? I don't want to steal the electricity, I really want to pay for it!

Although in my county (with my coop allowance) I can plant MJ for my members but until the law is 100% legit without any gray areas I'm just trying to watch myself.

I'll be under 99 plants for my growing restriction but is this too much power coming out of a warehouse? Should I consider a bigger place? Any info helps!
