last couple weeks of flowering, need little help

This is my first grow and i went all out on all the best of gear and supplies. The grow has gone way better then i could have imagined. I am in 8 th week of flowering alaskan ice and i think it needs two more weeks but lots of buds on the bottom branches are getting brown pistils. the plant is still getting full nutes so the buds that are ripe i been drying to make honey oil or something. i am going to use optiumum hydroponix rinse. should i wait till there is one more week to go and keep up the nutes for now and keep saveing these ripe buds for oil???? does the browning of smaller buds normal. the triches are still clear on these browning buds. ALSO this dry buds, do i just cut the whole branch of brown buds off. does it harm the plant having branches cut now?

The pistils are turning but the trichs are still clear? If that's the case then it's not ready yet. Wait till the trichs are ready. In the last 10 days of flowering the plant will change in color quite a bit. It will also fluff up.

and about the lower buds browning and drying out. cut the branch to prevent mold?

come on guys, some one must know a little about this?
