ive been told the last few days of budding is when nuggs grow most.,true or false?? im estimating about a week left until flushing is complete..,

Probably, but I'm not sure. I have noticed that buds tend to swell up a bit in the last week.
What I always do is leave the plant in 24h darkness just before chopping, since during darkness cannabinoid production is much higher. I try not to expose the buds too much to light until they dry nicely, since cannabinoids are sensitive to light.
