Late bloom additive help

Ok so I am at week 9 on unknown female. I started with house and garden top shooter at week 7. Since then the buds have swelled nicely. But there is major undergrowth going on. It is growing airy nugs all over near the bottom. Is this bad, should I remove these branches. Also since I started top shooter new growth has sprouted out the top of the colas. It too is thin. The trich's are just starting to get a little cloudy but still probably a week to two. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. Ty

yes you were right on, i was following a ten week schedule, but it looks like it needs a few more weeks, which I am glad because it looks 20x better now
