Late flower cloning?

Hey guys, I planted one seed in the yard and it turned out to be a female. Fast forward 2 month to today...I'm really late into flowering; in fact, I could probably harvest, judging by the trichomes. Anyway, I feel like growing again and bringing it indoor. Can I take a clipping off of one of the lower shoots and root it? It has a small little bud on it.

I wouldn't try to clone it. I've tried to clone as late as three full weeks into the flowering cycle without luck. Two weeks seems to be OK though.

What I would do, or try, would be to harvest the plant, but leave a little green on it, dig it up, then transplant into a pot that you can bring indoors ... then try to reveg it under 18/6. As it returns to veg, the leaves will look really ... REALLY weird, but it will grow out of this phase. Once the plant starts to veg out normally again, that would be the time to take cuttings.
