Its only at 10weeks. And thats from sprout. Phew, those shiny dark leaves are making me think that plant is sick! And IMO this could be why... IMO you have a copper deficiency(not toxicity) on the brink of being major. The looks of those leaves are shiny, almost metallic, which represents your leaf color tissue to being very dark which will soon be almost black, blue & purple all mixed together. Creating that dark look. Copper is required for nitrogen and carb metabolism. Which, could mean you've locked those out due to it being fed high in nitrogen? among other nutes that have locked out the essentials P & K #2 IMO, you have a silicon deficiency which leaves are dropping and becoming weak/brittle. Which also slowed the rate of transpiration and reactive oxygen which could mean, its overwatered. Lack of oxygen and reductase. Your plant look like its trying to come back from a pathogen attack or starting of one. Instead of flushing (which id like to know what you are flushing with) plain water or what? Foliar spray are the best way for the plant to react the fastest. Hope this helps.

This is is my opinion on this plant ..... others will hopefully chime in. Although I use FFOF ( ocean forest ) as part of my mixes I know that it alone can feed for weeks by itself.

1. You can put her on a “ water only “ diet .... meaning only water as needed. Let plant try to exhaust some of that excess.

2. Medium can be top dressed with MORE ocean forest when needed. Medium is nothing the plant hasn’t already been working with
and it will take guessing out of feed. But only after plant shows progression thru it’s current state. Then you can supplement the
flowering it is in with KELP added to water ( still ph to 6.5 / 6.7 ) . It aids bloom without more unnecessary “ bottles “.

Don’t no if this a reg plant or auto ... if reg you got some time to correct. If auto , maybe not so much as it is gonna either continue
or give up the ghost.

Next time let the soil do the initial feeding up front ... it is ridiculously simple . Then look for a good 2 part feed ( liquid or dry ).
Veg Nutes ( if you have hungrier plants ) to supplement soil and Bloom for flowering after stretch stage ,thats when flowers are focused in blooming.

Should I flush out the soil or just continue to feed water with the kelp?
You can't flush soil, you can only flush hydro. Soil has a microbial herd. Do what Budzbudda said feed her water and when she starts to lose some green you can top dress her. He gave you the full answer.
