late planter

half my plants are budding and i got them as a clone, i planted very late around mid july they went outside.. i had them inside for a few weeks before that under floresent lites.. im still getting 16 or more hrs of daylite everyday outside.. my fert is 20-20-20.. so let the half bud or change fert for them all and veg them to get bigger,, im new so im confused,please held or some suggestons would be great.

sorry for that...i got some clones which are 2 diffeent kinds of pot... i didnt get them until the first of july ..after i finally got them i put them under floresent lites for 2weeks to get them big enuf to veg outside..now i have plants looking ok (not discolored or anything) ranging from 1ft-3ft tall and half of them are starting to bud already..outside still has 16hrs or more of lite everyday and didnt think any of them should of sarted budding already and they are prettty small..i have some pics in an album on my profile, and will try to send you some how as im just getting the hang of uploading pics here..and i can get you better pics if you need or anything inpaticular..

they look fine to me changing your fertilizer isn't gonna stop the flowering

thnx very much...just thought they were kinda small for starting to bud and wasnt sure on the fert...prob alot my fault for getting them out late as well...
