Ya it takes some time, but it's the best way rather than having rotting bud clones that can be hard to root.

Add 6-8 weeks of patience to @Jjgrow420, and after the mutie leaves she'll be back in veg. I just revegged 6 mk ultra that were 3-4 weeks into flower, 0 casualties.
What would happen if the plant was hermie and it pollenated itself and then you re-vegged it? and then flowered it again? Would it show the same hermie traits? It's just something I've been wondering about for a while now

That is interesting... I would think, if it's a genetic herm, it'll do the same. Although if it was stress induced premature rodelization, the use of something like optic foliar's Switch to halt the production of pollen(there is another product out there i just don't remember it) it could perform differently.
Although most herms, genetic or stress, don't often make it past the purge.

I was going to buy some optic foliar spray for my hermies but I heard it's snake oil from an old user here on the site. And yes you are right there is another product that is supposed to actually work but he didn't explain enough about it.

I've had Switch save 2 harvests. Light stress induced rodelization. I couldn't use it exactly to instruction, I was 3 weeks into flower, but 2 applications a week apart and i still haven't found a seed. If it doesn't work I don't know what I did, twice, to save harvest from seeds. It has earned its place in my grow cabinet.

In clarification, Switch will not stop or prevent a genetic herm from throwing pollen. It only stops stress induced rodelization.

Yeah I think that's my problem dude, these plants I have got are genetic hermies so I believe. And he was basically saying it wouldn't work for genetic hermies the same as you are saying :)

Do you know if I can use it 3 weeks into flower dude because it says you are only supposed to use it up until week 2 of flower and I am already in week 3

How long do you run them in flower? If it's an 8 week strain I'd be a little leary but mine run for 10-12 weeks, so, I did it. I'm not noticing any difference in the smoke :bigjoint:

I run them for about 8 or 9 weeks, maybe 10 weeks max lol. I don't really want to spray chemicals on my plants either so I don't know what I am going to do. I think I have managed to get every pollen sac before it has opened, should I just carry on trying to pick off the pollen sacs everyday? lol I like my weed as clean and pure as possible lol

As late as you want. Just takes longer to shoot roots and transition back to veg, but you get amazing growth for the wait. You'll like the crazy hedge bush type growth your clone gives you if you take it from flower.

even if its a photoperiod u do 24 hrs? do u have a link that can help me learn how to reveg after during harvest? ty for ur help
I don't have a link sorry. It's pretty easy tho. Just pick a couple sparse leafy larf buds from the bottom and leave them on then just start watering with veg nutes at like 1/4 strength and itll start looking all gnarly then shoot out some weird growth. Let that come up start upping the feed a wee bit then once the branches are big enough they'll likely be reverted to normal or almost normal then just cut clone and you're good!
