Currently 83.4 at canopy. Ambient temperatures are still about 80 degrees, so it's a little warmer than usual right now, but temperatures are starting to drop so the temp in the ten will usually settle around 78-81. Her light schedule is 7PM-1PM, so she's sleeping during the warmest bit of the day.

If its seems odd to u maybe check out ur lighting u might be producing to much light or to close....not heat stress I'm talking light bleaching my latest purple paralysis started like that and got worse in mid flower

So I unpacked my larger tent and got that all set up to give me more vertical room to shift my lamp, I did this on 4/21. I moved my lamp up to about 30" from canopy, with a 1000W LED lamp, and the temps at canopy are 78-81, lots of good airflow.

I had to push them to 12/12 on 4/22 due to incoming apartment inspections, I needed them to be sleeping for at least 8 hours over three days, so I had to push to 12/12. Laughing Buddha was over 5 weeks old and was showing lots of alternating branches, but has yet to show any pre-flowering or otherwise sexing. She continues to get yellower, it seems, though part of it is likely from 12/12, but it definitely hasn't improved since backing the lights up and relieving any excess heat.

Any thoughts, anybody? This shit is reallin blowin me, these pics were taken today. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, I dunno, but this shit don't look right

Looks like the heat damage us gone might rake a little longer for the bleaching ...what nutes are u using at what measurements and how often

Using Advanced Nutrients PH Perfect Sensi Grow/Bloom Grandmaster lineup @ 3/4 recommended, they get fed with 3-4 gallons of distilled water + nutes, for significant runoff, once a week. They're growing in 7-gallon oxy-pots in promix HP and so far, it generally takes a whole week until the substrate is dry again. There's four fans, lots of airflow along canopy and the base/pot, three naturally-occurring C02 bags, cool-mist humidifier and each pot is connected via Earth and Grow probes. The environment is automated via digital environmental controller.

Laughing Buddha is also mostly Sativa, I think it's like 70% and I know Sativas can be pickier. I'm growing Red Dragon along side of her, she's doing just fine at the same rates, though I know no two plants are the same

I think its fine still. Keep doing what youre doing. Maybe slow down on the water a bit if anything. Three gallons in a seven gallon pot is probably giving you substantial run off and giving you three? Days between waterings? Personally i feed low and dont water to too much runoff. Then theres less fertilizer to leach from the soil without getting build up. And if one plants doing fine and one plant is looking different, not bad, just different, id say its the plant and not the grower. I dont know if i asked yet, but are you using calmag?

I mean, I'm familiar with the mild yellowing of new growth, but this just seemed excessive. I also don't think I've ever grown such a sativa-dominant strain before and it's, moreorless, been my understanding that they can be a little pickier. I just took some more pictures today, if you still think she looks fine, then fuck it, Imma just keep my eye on her.

While the Sensi Grow/Bloom is supposed to have all the essential macro and micro nutes, I have supplemented with cal-mag on two or three feedings. I have also used tried one application of Epsom Salt (thought it might've been a magnesium or sulfur def.), though saw no noticeable improvement from week to week.

I actually use a siphon pump to evenly water my pots and sometimes 3 gallons doesn't even cause any real runoff, I usually wait about five minutes in between each gallon, so I have to add another .5-1 gallon. I just wanna make sure I'm avoiding or otherwise reducing salt buildup.


They only get water/food once a week with three-four gallons, then the medium genuinely stays moist enough to satisfy the plants for the whole week. They are in oxypots in promix HP and get lots of airflow around the pots.

Admittedly I have not been checking PH, I was writing it off because I was using the PH Perfect Sensi Grow/Bloom, it's supposed to adjust the PH to about 5.5-5.7. I'll have to double check the PH next time I feed.

Just wanted to update, after switching to 12/12, she greatly improved. The yellowing abated and now she's looking great and green and has begun budding. I only switched up a few things, notably setting up a larger tent to allow better heat diffusion and removal and to allow me to keep my lamp at an appropriate distance from canopy (about 23-25"; LEDs). She made rapid improvement after flipping to 12/12 and bloom nutes, so I'm wondering if it was some deficiency after all, coupled with the possibility that they were growing too close to the lamp.

Either way, as it stands, we're smooth sailing right now, just over two weeks into flower. They're sleeping right now, else I'd add pictures, but I just wanted to thank every body for their time and assistance in helping me to remedy the situation!
