Lawsuit over female seeds?

I was watching something on YT(awhile ago) and they were talking about a lawsuit over a breeder selling females seeds, that weren't. Appently the dispensory spent tons of money for females but got regs(or herms) that caused them to have a seeded crop(or something like that).

Anyone know the story? or where I might find more info about his?
Thx guys/gals

Thanks! Yeah that must be it. Totally justified lawsuit IMO.

Cannabis breeders should take notice. :)
Did you see they were paying 0.60¢ a seed? For female hemp seeds? Time to start making feminized hemp seeds. Sell them by the pound.

I doubt the plaintiffs will prevail. The laws regarding hemp are ambiguous at best. One would have to look at the specific contract between the two entities to have any idea of the validity of the lawsuit. Plus the defendant in Oregon can petition the court to have the case moved to federal court since the two parties are in different states. This will drag on for years unless it's settled out of court.
