I know I asked before and you told me, but what did you say the peacock was again? An OG of sorts? I can't begin to remember how far back to look so seemed simpler to just ask agian.

Its an unknown strain from a friend of a friend. The guys supposedly been growing it for 20 years and he only calls it peacock cuz he owns a ton of the birds and uses their shit as fertilizer. By all accounts and everything I've found through my searches, its resembles AK47 in every aspect. Its a rock solid plant, easy to grow and grows like a clone from seed. Theres really only one pheno Ive seen, its truly an IBL of any Ive ever seen!

This iteration failed... The air that did flow down the tube into the AC raised the thermostat so it would think it was 90 as soon as the air turned off. I just need to get the damn money and run them split! One bad thing, when u start to smell the weed, I guess you change both filters cuz its probably impossible to know which it is.

When your light is on were you running the fan full force? I like that set up and agree temps may be more stable and lower with seprate exhausts ports.

Yeah as a test even with the fan running low, I thought you know since its already moving air when the AC kicks on the air will all go left, not the case! So even with the fan turned up all the way once the AC turned on, its still pushed air out the fan! Not to mention the other part where the air was flowing down and messing with the thermostat anyways. Im thinking of running the light sealed from the room, its just a matter of how much ducting and crap am I gonna have around the room.

The wife made a good point, hook it up the way you know it will work for now, add the separate exhaust when the heat gets here and I got the money to do it!

It sounds like your wife is more excited about this grow than you...lol. Sometimes the ladies just come up with the common sence things to make it work.

If Im understanding correctly one of these and maybe a small booster fan should do it...?

What are you doing filter wise?

Excited to see these peacocks and 12/12 from seed! Its go time!
i have a 19" filter hanging on the outside wall. After all the crap I've tried keeping stuff together I'm just gonna run them separate as the heat comes, it's just too much weirdness with the AC exhaust being so strong and not blowing all the time. The splitter with booster was exactly one of the plans I thought I was going to try till lowes nor Home Depot sells the fans in-store! Stupid bastards, and I hate mail order for the most part.

So I'm curious, because when the AC is hooked up I still want a booster on it to run so outside air doesn't come back in the room... What does it do to the life expectancy of a fan say 80cfm to push like 700cfm through it every so often. I'm thinking the fan isn't gonna last long.
