Leaf discoloration and dying

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this with my leaves. I’m in ocean forest and feed medione @20ml a gallon, they’re just starting week 5 of flower, I’ve been dealing with a thrip infestation the last 2 weeks spraying lost coast 2 days in a row, skip a day, repeat. Could my light (hlg600r) be too close for the intensity(Hang height is roughly 26-28” and on @ roughly 80-90%)and causing it, or is it more likely a soil/root zone issue?

could you please take some better pics so everyone here looking can see what you're talking about. It's hard to see exactly what your saying.

Thrip Infestation isn't any good for anything. So you can start there. but i am sure others will chime in with better pics, Sorry I couldn't help you out now but imho I would start with the infestation.

Good luck keep up the good work...

Check your run off. Your ec is 2.5 ph is 8.0. I’d back off the light regardless until they are healthy.

Predator bugs I think. I wouldn’t spray anything on that, some people would I think though. I don’t have experience with that.

flush with plain pd ‘ed water till run off not toxic

Either 8 or 4 ph (irrelevant guess, needs to be made right if wrong), but for sure the ec is through the roof. Probably need a heavy flush to ‘refresh ‘ your medium. I’d flush till I think it’s good then a tad more.
