Leaf discoloration on seedlings

This is my first ever attempt at growing pot, or anything else for that matter. I have 4 Chocolopes, A moby dick and a Hash Plant Haze that sprouted in ph corrected rockwool 2 weeks ago. they are now growing their 2nd set of serrated leaves and are under 4 23 W CFLS on 24 hrs. for the last 2 days i have noticed the tips of the leaves on my HPHaze have turned a hard to describe pinkish beige like color. The markings are present on both sets of serrated leaves, even the tiny still developing new set. my 2nd largest plant, a chocolope has similar discolorations where the leaves meet the stem. the plants all have reddish purple stems that turn to green at the top. I decided to feed them with 1/2 nutes delivered directly on to the rock wool via a pipette enough to soak them thoroughly. are the discolored tips and purplish stems a sign of nutrient deficiency, or just genetics? thanks for any input.

i dont think genetics would have anything to do with discoloration. i think all plants are lush green when conditions are right. most likely nutrient upset of some kind. couldn't tell you if it was too much or too little.

genetics causes discoloration? i thought all plants were green when vegging?
genetics cause purples and golds or blues, colder temps also cause purple and you can turn any plant gold if you know how to cut the stem :bigjoint:

his problem sounds like a nute def, he's in rockwool not soil so no nutes to start with, fed 1/2 strength (which could have been to much, I would have gone 1/4 strength)

in rockwool the nutes need to have all 16 basic elements like DynaGro :bigjoint:

OP should wait a few days and see if the feeding helps?

i fed them a Fox Farm Gro Big. 1/2 strenght just enough to soak the cubes. they were already kinda moist so my half strength would have been diluted. this is the first nutes the plants have recieved.
