leaf discoloration problem (pics)

as the title says. could some fellow stoner give me some troubleshooting?
my set up is a small pot, plant is 10 inches, balcony grow.
one more question, i m in the Mediterranean-can i transplant this baby somewhere outdoors now or is it too late?

Your plant needs nitrogen, give it some plant ferilizer which contains nitrogen. Your baby is sucking nutrients from its fan leaves because you have not given it some nitrogen. I am assuming you haven't fertilized it yet? You can transplant it as long as it's not too far along in the flowering/budding cycle.

im having the same problem but mine got intense. the bottom leaves turned like that and got worse to the point they crumbled by putting little squeezing presure. i pulled them off oce they were very brittle seeing as it they were keeping my plant alive cause i split my stem pretty bad. it does seem like its getting something out of the lower leaves and helping it but iits like its slowly goin up the plant lol so you are sayin give it nitrogen fertz>
