It is a little light color so could use some nutes prob but that light spot looks like a genetic issue rather than a grow issue. I wouldn't be worried at this point.

Sorta stoned but like a challenge. It is a little yellowish...to me. And the lighter color in veins...very uncommon. Only thing that is even close is a sulfur deficiency. Esp if new growth is worse. You could give them some light Epsom salt doses. Lots of sulfur and the Mg can only help. I'd just go like 1/2 tsp/gal for a few weeks. As a test. If plant improves...you had a def. Otherwise...carry on.
