Leaf or stem?

Gday all just wondering if I would get a better return from ground stem over leaf? Got some fragrant stem lol. .an no bud. . I will be using a Tb

If you use ALOT of stems you will get a very little bad tasting oil.

I make stem oil all the time , doesn't taste the greatest but honestly gets me pretty damn lifted lol. I actually did a stem run on Tuesday lol
