Leaf problem

Just curious if anyone can help me determine whats wrong with mt plant. The leaves were healthy and then slowly from the bottom and working its way up the leafs theyre doing this. 20200614_002824.jpg

The tips are turning slightly brown and its like a damp crispy leaf if that makes sense..

Took some more leaves from my pale plant and 2 from my good plant to show what it should be looking like..

Its not going yellow..just pale green. Then drying up
