Leafs pointing straight up....

Hey my seedlings fan leaves are pointing straight up...Is this a problem at all? I've read that it means they're stretching for the light but my lights are only 3 inches away from the top of the plant. Im using HO T5 4x4 lights and foxfarms ocean potting soil, the soil is mixed about 50/50 with some compost. Here are some pics to give you a better idea.

they could be stretching for the light. you can move your T5 to where it's practically touching the plant and it wont burn it. so you can try lowering the light and see what happens. they could just still be so young they haven't spread out fully yet.
