leafs pointing up

ok so im about two weeks into growing and im using 150w hps and 4 26w cfl lights.. i came home today and the leaves were pointing up towards the light as if it were trying to reach it. Is this normal? if not what should i do and why are the leaves pointing up.(i have two plants going to add another one soon)

Do you have your lights to far? They could be stretching

there 13 inches away when i had them really close they did the same thing

Either that, or its a magnesium deficiency, and i highly doubt that.
