Leaves are Hard and Crinkled

So I have a few plants that are coming along nicely. I checked on them this morning and my biggest plant had leaves on it that were crinkly and dry looking. I gave it water and checked it again when I got home. Now the leaves are turned up more and not drooping as badly, but still hard and quite crinkled looking. WTF?

Im sorry man I cant remember if you are indoors or out. First thing I think is cooked. Is the light too close? What ppm have you been feeding them at? You may want to flush. What color are the dry leaves?

I'm growing indoors, or at least attempting to, heh. I'm sure I'm doing some things people would say is wrong, like MG soil for one, but I'm poor and it's what was available, so I have to with what I have. However, I do have a big bag of just straight peat moss. If this would work, I can always transplant.

My light source is low, only one CFL and the wattage is only around 45 I think. But the light is not hot, so I have it pretty close to the plant, about an inch or so from the top. PPM....OK, I don't all of the abbreviations yet. Is this fertilizer, if so, it's MG too....all purpose. I use it about once a week.

Oh yea....the leaves that are crinkled, or curling up a bit, are green, so there's no yellowing or discoloration.
