Leaves are turning white

Hi

Outdoor grow, leaves are turning white. It appears as tiny spots then progressively gets worse. It doesn't rub off, the leaf is changing color. It also hadn't done it until just a few weeks ago. Now it's happening to all plants; small and big. I've Skunk Neem'd em' twice as a just in case measure. I've had a problem with ants as well but I don't see how that would cause my leaves to change. I haven't used any chemicals.

I did look through some of the advice but I couldn't come up with an answer that I'm very sure of. I'm guessing manganese or zinc but why would that just all of a sudden start happening? Btw, I am aware that plant is not exactly much to look at, but it's Critical Kush from Barney's, it's pretty strong even when stunted, so I don't want to lose anything with this one... or the other little ones for that matter.

Thanks in advance.

Looks like a spider mite infestation to me too (don't know what thrips are), but I see nothing. I also see no webbing. I could do another Neem oil treatment tonight as it's been almost 2 weeks since I did it last, but I don't think that's what it is. Will do anyway. Report back in a week or so.

Thanks for the replies.
