Leaves bending down on a few branches, pics included

A few tips have leaves bending straight down, while the leaves on the same branch on just the opposite side look fine. I've never seen this before. They are 5.5 weeks from seed, 1.5 weeks into flower. Using pro mix, 1,000w eye hortilux hps, currently at 600 ppm pure blend pro, ph always stays around 6.5, temps stay around 72-77, humidity around 50-60. I only water every 7 days right now, so I doubt it's overwatering. It is affecting random tips, about 10 of them. I'm thinking they are hiding from the light, but it's happening on the outside canopy too, furthest from the light. Those burnt looking species were from water droplets that got on the canopy, they are showing no signs of deficiencies. Any one ever seen this before? Thanks in advance.

I see only phenotypical expression in the plants. The HPS is on so I really don't see much else.
There is some minor canoeing on a cpl of spots. Light to close? Canopy heat maybe a little high there....
Could be your watering method too.....I HIGHLY recommend you reduce the amount you water and increase the times you water!

I would look at watering every other day minimum......More o2 to the roots and you'll have better "control" of the plant in case of trouble.

Thanks for the reply. The closest top is about 24" from the bulb. I checked this morning and a couple of leaves actually turned upside down too. I water until there is a tiny bit of runoff, because most of my roots are at the bottom, so I don't think just a little every couple of days would get the tap roots at the bottom wet, plenty of perlite too, so not too worried about oxygen, I never seen drooping by watering once a week. I also do have very minor clawing, but I'm not too worried since I just switched to a 1-4-5 or 1-5-4 NPK, I can't remember off hand. Hopefully it's nothing, I couldn't find this problem on any forums or I would have never posted. the leaves bending down are still crisp and healthy looking, so maybe it is just phenotypical expression. Thanks again.

Not the most helpful answer, but I'm my personal experience if it's not over watering, and you're confident in that. My best bet would be they are shying away from the light. But looks like you're already on top of that

7 day watering frequency makes me think you have them in very big pots, 3-4 days is best for me at all stages.
