Leaves curling down and turning yellow and dying

Hey guys this is my second grow and i cant seem to figure out what ive done wrong. Any help/advice would be great cheers

Cheer guys i did a full flush that night for 3 days and they perked up abit and have been on half strength nutrients since then. Im gonna add full strength tonight once i get home and hopefully thatll do it.

Just cultiplex and ph balanced fresh water when i flush
