Do you have a fan on it currently? It needs air exchange inside your tent, this can be accomplished by a fan circulating or blowing near but not directly on the plant.

Okay this is my ppfd now and yes I have 2 fans one top of tent & another at the bottom

Okay I just watered today won’t water for a few days starting today
