I would have to agree with jimdamic that heat stress and the light being to close to the plant will make that happen, im unsure if theres any other problems that would make your leaves cup like that.
How far from the plant is your light? A good thing to remember to do is put your hand in between the top of your plant and the light and if its too close it wilk make your hand feel hot then your plant wont like that and start leaf cupping. Im almost sure that temps too high will also do that, if you go to the stickys theres one there that will tell you everything about heat and light stress and plant moister stress aswell. Well i hope that ive been able to give u abit of advice which will help, all the best of luck with her scunk

It's a 400w MH about 1.5 metres away from the plant. Humidity 55% and 26-27 degrees temp!

should my fan not be blowing on them?

Hi can anyone help? Never had this problem before but they are not moving :-( new growth just emerges and curls up. Ive moved oscillating fan away and light up higher again!

Nothing to do with heat, it's a magnesium deficiency. Notice how the leaf edges are curling in that's a classic sign of mag def. You need to be running your PH about 6.8 for magnesium to be absorbed.

Looks like your over watering also, wet saturated soil will slow down the growth rate A LOT, let your pot dry to at least 50-60% before re watering (roots need air to breath and sopping wet pots don't allow the roots to breath nearly enough)...

Ok great thanks I've treat the mag def, but I think I've worked something else out also!

Is it possible that my light shade was magnifying the light too much? It's a construction style shade which aims the light like a spotlight! I've adjusted the globe so it sits lower in the shade - so that the light covers a 1.2m to 1.5m area. I think this was the prob cause they're on the improve after only 24 hours!
